Hi, I’m Sarah.

I’m a sexuality educator, writer, and yoga teacher. My work is intended to help people expand, authenticate, and embrace their pleasure and desires. By holding space for people to simultaneously interrogate misaligned messaging and explore their erotic expression, I hope to co-create an experience that feels more holistic than the sex ed most of us grew up with.

Currently, I facilitate a monthly sex ed book club, make sexuality zines, manage an online yoga studio, and create online courses and resources.
